1. Scope of Services
DigitalExprezz will provide the following services:
1.1. Strategy, creation, and management of lead generation advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other agreed-upon platforms.
1.2. Ongoing monitoring and optimization to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
1.3. Monthly performance reporting and consultation to align campaign goals with client objectives.

2. Client Responsibilities
2.1. Advertising Budget: The Client is responsible for all advertising costs incurred on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). These costs are paid directly by the Client to the respective platform.
2.2. Account Access: The Client must provide DigitalExprezz with access to advertising accounts, website analytics, and any required tools or assets to execute the campaigns effectively.
2.3. Content Approvals: The Client shall review and approve ad creatives, copy, and any campaign elements within the timeline provided by DigitalExprezz.
2.4. Compliance: The Client must ensure that their business and advertising content comply with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising platform guidelines.

3. Fees and Payment Terms
3.1. Service Fee: DigitalExprezz charges a fixed monthly service fee for campaign management. This fee is exclusive of any advertising budget.
3.2. Payment Schedule: Fees are payable in advance at the start of each monthly cycle. Invoices will be issued prior to the due date.
3.3. Late Payments: Payments not received within [X] days of the due date may incur a late fee of [percentage or fixed fee]. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
6.1. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect and not disclose proprietary information shared during the course of this agreement.
6.2. Ownership: Ad accounts, campaign data, and creative materials produced during the engagement remain the Client’s property upon settlement of all fees.

7. Indemnification and Liability
7.1. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold DigitalExprezz harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content, products, or services promoted in campaigns.
7.2. DigitalExprezz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign performance or platform-related issues.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. These T&C shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
